13. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sub-contract any rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign or transfer our rights and obligations as necessary.
14. Breaches of Terms and Conditions
Gospel Addicts Leadership Ministry reserves the right to take corrective action, including restricting access to courses, terminating accounts, or revoking certificates, if a user is found to have breached these Terms and Conditions. As a training institution committed to upholding integrity, we strictly enforce the following rules:
- Anti-Cheating and Academic Integrity
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, plagiarism, or other forms of academic misconduct. Acts that violate academic integrity include, but are not limited to:
- Submitting work that is not your own or using unauthorised assistance in assessments.
- Sharing, copying, or redistributing course materials in violation of copyright.
- Impersonating another individual or allowing someone else to complete course activities on your behalf. If any of these behaviours are detected, Gospel Addicts Leadership Ministry reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account.
- Certificate Cancellation and Revocation
- Certificates awarded by Gospel Addicts Leadership Ministry represent successful completion and integrity in coursework. If a user’s conduct violates our anti-cheating policy or if they are found in breach of other terms, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel previously awarded certificates.
- Revoke future access to certificates and other resources.
- Notify relevant third parties, including prospective employers or educational institutions, about the certificate revocation if verification inquiries are made.
- Misuse of Platform and Resources
Users found to be using the platform for purposes other than intended (e.g., malicious activities, posting inappropriate content, or causing disruption to other learners) may have their access revoked without prior notice. - Termination Without Notice
Gospel Addicts Leadership Ministry reserves the right to terminate any user’s access to the platform without prior warning if the user’s behaviour presents a significant risk to the security, integrity, or functionality of the platform. This includes attempts to hack, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with our systems. - Non-Refundable Payments
In the case of termination due to a breach of these terms, any payments made for course enrollment or other services will be non-refundable. Terminated users will not be entitled to refunds, and any outstanding fees will remain payable. - Users whose accounts have been terminated may submit an appeal within 30 days of termination. Appeals must be directed to info@gospeladdictsglobal.org and must provide a clear, detailed explanation of the circumstances. The decision following an appeal review is final and at the discretion of Gospel Addicts Leadership Ministry.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or technical difficulties.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gospel Addicts Leadership Ministry, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
17. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other part in the future.
18. Language
All communications, resources, and interactions on our platform are conducted in English. By using our services, you agree to communicate in English, as it is the official language of Gospel Addicts Leadership Ministry.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gospel Addicts Leadership Ministry. Any prior agreements or representations are superseded by these Terms.
20. Updating These Terms and Conditions
